It’s time nowfor each of us -having done so much,and tried so hard,and accomplished so much,to invite ourselves into our ownhigher consciousness,of pure love. It’s a good time, right now,to stop and rest and relax. Can you give yourself this gift?
To stop and rest,relax, replenish and recalibrate?You deserve it! Take a few long, slow breaths.Feel your body,and let yourself slow down,and let go. Keep being aware of your breathing,As you keep feeling your body receiving Each life-giving,life-enhancing breathinto each cell of your body.
Feel your whole body being nurturedand nourished with eachcalming breath. It’s a wonderful time, right now,to open to your higher consciousness,to know your higher self.
You have always known this part of you.
It’s time. It’s your time. You are an outward facing, and uniqueexpression of infinite being,of infinite love,of radiant light,profound peace,effervescent joy, andunparalleled beauty,of one infinite, eternal Source.
Feel your whole body,with curiosity and kindness to yourself.
And whatever you’re feeling, it’s all ok.Just let it all be, as it is, without tryingor needing to change anything. No need to understand anything, either. Notice the sounds around you, and thequietness within you.
Feel your whole body quietly breathing.
And feel for the vibration of love,within you.
Tell yourself something you truly appreciateabout yourself. What are you feeling in your heart? Can you open yourself to receiving more love?
Express some genuine gratitude,for yourself, to yourself.
Keep feeling for the vibration of love,within you, within your heart. You are a being of love.
Your body is designed toabsorb, active, and vibrate pure love. Say something caring and compassionateto yourself.
Whatever you are feeling, all is ok, all is welcome here. Say, “I love you,”quietly, to yourself.
Can you feel your whole body vibrating with love?No matter what else might be going on?
The kingdom of heaven is the kingdom of love.And the kingdom of heaven is within you. As you open your heart to loving yourself,you invite yourself to your ownhigher consciousnessof love.
Feel how much love is present here. With focused attention, and regular practice,your capacity to vibrate at the frequencyof pure love grows strongerand stronger. But you will only know if this is true for you,as you experience this for yourself. Dedicate some time every day,to prioritize focusing on and feeling forthe frequency of love in your heart,and in your whole body. And throughout the day, say kind,compassionate and loving things to yourself,and gently remind yourself to be presentto notice how it feelsto open your heartto lovingyourself. And as you do, you will transform yourself,and everything and everyonearound you. It’s time.

You can choose trust.You can trust that you are okay,just as you are.
Notice whatever you are feeling, right now,with curiosity and compassion for your self.
As you shift into being curious,you automatically shift into a higher perspective.
As you bring kindness and compassionto your current experience,you shift into a higher consciousness reality.
And you can choose to be more at peacewith yourself.
Breathe into this present momentwith a little more compassion for yourself.
And as you choose to trustthis present moment,you automatically shift into the fieldof unconditional peace that is alwayswithin you, that is you.
Your eternal being.Your non-physical form.The truth that you discoveras you move more deeply into the portalof infinite love in your own heart.
And feel that longed-for peacewithin you.
And be at peace with yourself.
